Cabinets / Countertops - no damage
Carpets and Area Rugs - In new or good condition, no stains or odors
Doors - No rotting or breakage
Electrical - Usable parts and supplies
Flooring - Wood, ceramic, and vinyl
Hardware - Knobs, hinges, lock sets, boxed nuts & bolts, screws; no rust
Lumber / Drywall - At least 6' long, at least 1/2 sheet plywood or drywall
Mill work / Trim / Architectural Items
Plumbing - Usable parts, fixtures, and supplies
Roofing - In original packaging, left over from other jobs ok
Tools - Hand, garden, and working power tools
Wall Paper - Full rolls please
Windows - Good condition, double-paned preferred
Furniture - Dressers, tables, chairs
